Derek Rice is a musician, singer, and composer with a special interest in using music to support growth, connection, and inspiration. His years of experience in live, improvisational music settings provide a basis for his work with Imagine. He has performed on many occasions on Imagine's Safa's Story school tours, contributed to the creation of the Safa’s Story and Zion's Story soundtracks, and has been musical director and composer for Imagine's Playback Theatre and Little Amal events. Derek holds a BA in Music from Azusa Pacific University.
