Sofia Zaragoza is a storyteller, artist, and activist from San Diego, California. In 2021 she moved to London to pursue an MFA in Theatre Directing at the University of East London. Prior to this, she received a B.A. in Theatre Arts with Honors in Directing from the University of California, San Diego. Sofia is now currently working as a Teaching Artist, director, producer and performer across both London and San Diego - where she has a passion for blending forms of theatre for social justice with contemporary storytelling. When Sofia isn't doing theatre, she can be found on stage singing, performing spoken word poetry, and dancing with light up hula hoops.
